This Goldie feature allows you to converse with an account's activity history in natural language. You can ask question about the content of previous emails and meetings and Goldie will give truthfully answers. Via the context you can find commands to generate a conversation summary or to extract a list of all people involved in previous conversations.
Goldie's answers to your questions are based on emails that Goldie has captured and Zoom meeting summaries. This entails that Goldie can only include conversations (emails and meeting summaries) that happened after you had Goldie Conversation Capture activated.
Note: AI Auto-Fill doesn't use the standard activity history to generate the conversation log. Instead it is using Goldie Conversation Capture which is based on custom objects. If you were using a different activity capture solution (Einstein Activity Capture, Groove, etc.) AI Auto-Fill won't be able to infer field values. Yes, Goldie uses OpenAI's or Google's LLM APIs (see also Security Considerations). This is why this feature requires a system admin to configure OpenAI or configure Google Gemini as an LLM provider.
Make sure you have set up the OpenAI API key or a Google Gemini API key.Â
In Salesforce open any Account, Opportunity or Contact record.
Select "Edit Page" in the config menu. This will open Lightning App Builder,
Find the Lightning Web Component called absfActivityChat at the bottom left corner.
Drag and drop the component on top of the Activity feed.
Click Save.
